Due to the challenges of labor shortages coupled with schedule constraints, Sessler, Inc. recognizes
that prefabrication requirements are not only necessary, but imperative to master. Sessler, Inc.
constantly strives to be on the leading edge of the prefabrication process. With our vast knowledge of
metal framing and drywall and further investments in technology and training we will continue to lead
the way in this ever-evolving opportunity.
Sessler, Inc. has invested in the acquisition and Training for a drywall cnc machine.
Sessler, Inc. is the only company on the west coast to have this state-of-the-art machine. By utilizing the drywall CNC machine, Sessler, Inc. can precut various drywall shapes including but not limited to L-soffits and shapes, U-soffits and shapes, top out board, castle cutting (pan decking), radius columns, wood backing, and more. By utilizing the prefabricated drywall shapes, Sessler, Inc. can reduce materials, waste, and craft labor on site. By utilizing prefabricated drywall shapes taping and finishing activities are reduced when compared to traditional methods of install. Sessler, Inc. foreman will coordinate the shapes required with our prefab shop and the drywall shapes will be packaged and shipped to the site for immediate install.
Exterior Prefabrication
Sessler, Inc. has been completing exterior wall panels for over a decade.
Sessler, Inc. prefabricates all exterior wall panels at our dedicated prefabrication facility in Sumner, WA and delivers them to the jobsite ready to install. The exterior wall panels can be pre-assembled to include exterior sheathing, weather barrier, and in some cases exterior cladding, rainscreen systems, and windows depending on the needs of the project. By utilizing prefabricated exterior wall panels most of the exterior framing and sheathing is removed from the critical path and results in a quicker “dry in” time on the schedule. Sessler, Inc. analyzes each job to select the best means and methods of construction and installation based on access, type of structure, and panel sizes.
