Jon Sessler
President
Jon’s Grandfather started Sessler, Inc. as a painting company in 1946 and as it has grown, has remained family operated ever since. Jon Started out working summers for his dad, and 15 years later, took over as President. Jon prides himself on the successful growth of Sessler, Inc., maintaining an outstanding reputation throughout the industry, and building long lasting business partnerships. When he’s not in the office, you can find Jon tournament bass fishing, hunting, or traveling with family.

Dan Sessler
Vice-President
Dan has also spent his professional career at Sessler with humble beginnings working summers while in high school for his father. Now as Vice President, he continues the Sessler legacy established by his Grandfather in 1946. Outside of work Dan enjoys racing motocross and playing basketball.

Mike Spellacy
Senior Project Manager
Mike knows that at Sessler, his opportunities to learn, collaborate and achieve goals are virtually unlimited. He says that a key element of the Sessler, Inc. experience is the opportunity to build relationships and network. The great team environment and culture are due in part to the breadth of exciting activities employees enjoy – both on the job and outside of work. In addition to all things construction, Mike is passionate for the game of baseball.

Max Tooley
Project Manager / Safety Manager
Max believes that the sky is the limit on what Sessler, Inc. is capable of and considers being a part of the journey a true blessing. Max ensures that Sessler, Inc. has an outstanding relationship with not only General Contractors but also the end users of the project. Max has two sons and enjoys hunting and snowmobiling.

Michael Sessler
Project Manager
Michael has been involved in the business since he was a young teenager, just like his father Jon, working in all areas of the company. Upon graduating from Gonzaga University in 2014, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Michael followed his dream of working for the family business. He being an integral part of the business and strives to build long lasting business relationships throughout his career. In his free time he also enjoys hunting, all sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Vinny Villanueva
Project Manager
Vinny has been working in the construction industry for many years and recently joined the Sessler team. Vinny is a great asset as he brings lots of knowledge and a great attitude to the Sessler, Inc. team. Vinny strives to influence every project that he is involved with in a positive way and work closely with all team members. Vinny grew up in Colorado but remains a die-hard Raiders and Yankees fan.

Kyla Harrington
Project Engineer
Kyla is following in her family’s footsteps by taking a job in the construction industry. After attending a few classes through the union and gaining valuable experience about the trades, Kyla started out doing admin work at Sessler, Inc. Her eagerness to learn quickly landed her in a Project Engineer position. Kyla rides and trains horses and spends lots of time in the outdoors.

Ron Bosma
Chief Estimator
Ron is a master of estimation and truly enjoys the unique challenges and pursuits that the estimating field brings. Ron is originally from the Netherlands where he served in the Royal Dutch Military’s Special Forces and after 5 years of service moved to the United States where he started working in the drywall industry. Ron has worked for some of the largest privately held drywall companies in the nation and recently joined Sessler, Inc. Ron is excited about the new opportunities in the Pacific Northwest and looks forward to a bright future at Sessler, Inc.

Ron Hobbs
Estimator
Ron Hobbs is new to the construction industry and is excited for a new challenge and career path at Sessler, Inc. Ron grew up around construction but spent his younger years as a professional bass fisherman and later a fishing-industry professional. Ron will serve as an integral part of the estimating team. In his spare time Ron still enjoys fishing and coaching his kids’ sports teams.

George Foley
Estimator
George graduated from Washington State in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration and has joined Sessler, Inc’s estimating team. George’s enthusiasm and eagerness to learn his new craft is very apparent and he looks forward to developing relationships with those that he works with. George enjoys hunting and cheering on the WSU football team.

Shane Ohler
General Superintendent
Shane has worked for Sessler, Inc. since 1991 with prior industry experience. Shane was Sessler, Inc.’s top foreman for numerous years and transitioned into the role of General Superintendent years ago. As a 25 year veteran at Sessler, Inc., Shane has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success. Shane is dedicated to his work and in his spare time he spends time with family, friends, and coworkers.

Margarita Jerla
Accounting Manager
Margarita is new to Washington State and the construction industry. Her previous experience include disability services in the non-profit sector and working at the Logistics Group for the U.S. Embassy in Colombia. Margarita is also bi-lingual. Her attitude and problem-solving skills will propel her to success in any situation. Margarita enjoys spending time with her young son and husband.

Kasey Geelan
Payroll Manager
Kasey started as an administrative assistant at Sessler, Inc and is now managing the company payroll, benefits, and assists the accounting team when needed. Kasey brings a great attitude to the office and works well with all members of the Sessler, Inc team. She looks forward to continuing her career at Sessler for years to come. Kasey enjoys spending time with her daughters.

Shane Meyer
Project Engineer / BIM Manager
Shane originally started working at Sessler, Inc. as an intern while he attended school at Washington State University. Shane was hired on full time after graduating and works as a Project Engineer. Shane has also spearheaded Sessler, Inc’s BIM department and is now doing all of Sessler’s BIM modeling in house. Shane enjoys all of the challenges and opportunities that the construction industry offers. In his free time Shane enjoys boating, watching the cougs, and spending time with family and friends.

Ambray Shipley
Accounts Payable / Contract Administration
Ambray recently joined Sessler, Inc’s team and has taken on the accounts payable and contract administration role. Ambray has spent most of her professional career working on accounting teams at large family owned businesses and looks to further her career at Sessler, Inc. Ambray enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking and traveling.
